How can I earn credit using Oxford Journals CME/CE?
Credit from Oxford Journals CME/CE is granted on a per-course basis (usually 1 credit hour per completed course, where the course is estimated to require one hour of work to complete). In order to earn credits, you must answer all the questions for a particular course, and then submit the exam for grading.

What will I receive to document the credit I have earned?
Once you have completed a course and specified how much credit you are claiming, your My CME/CE summary page will be updated to reflect the hours earned along with a link to a printable version of the official certificate for that course. Where applicable, you may send this certificate to the appropriate accrediting body or society.

Once you have completed a specific Oxford Journals CME/CE course, your exam score will be displayed, along with the correct answers highlighted. A link to the preferred answer in the context of the reading material may also be provided, either before or after passing the exam.
Do I need to get a percentage of questions correct to earn credit?
This will be designated on a per course basis. For some courses, a score of, for example, 75% or better is required to receive credit for each exam submitted. For other courses a passing grade is not required.

This slowness is primarily caused by overloaded networks between the US and Europe at certain times of the day, by slow network links in some parts of Europe, and by the large size of the full-text articles. There are some things that you can do to improve response.
